TRANSACTION ADVISORY SERVICES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF NON-OIL REVENUE DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES
The core of this project revolved around conducting a comprehensive feasibility study of 13 identified Non-Oil Revenue opportunities within the healthcare sector. The paramount objective was to maximize the revenue collected from government-owned healthcare industry assets, driving towards the goal of self-sustainability.
The project began with an in-depth exploration and analysis of the 13 revenue opportunities, which encompassed a diverse array of elements such as public-private partnerships, innovative healthcare services, medical tourism, health insurance, and digital healthcare solutions. We also explored ancillary revenue streams like facility leasing and mixed-use commercial activities.
A multi-disciplinary team of experts conducted rigorous assessments, analyzing market trends, evaluating economic viability, projecting potential revenues, and identifying possible risks and mitigation strategies for each opportunity.
Alongside this, we considered the regulatory implications and potential socio-economic impacts of each opportunity. The findings from this study guided the formulation of strategic plans and policy recommendations to capitalize on these opportunities and secure sustainable revenue for the government entity.
This case study outlines the meticulous process of developing the feasibility study, the challenges faced, and the strategies devised, providing valuable insights into how non-oil revenues can enhance self-sustainability in government-owned healthcare assets.
