RISE SCE was appointed by the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Culture to develop a comprehensive sponsorship program inclusive of strategy development, sales, activation, and implementation – for flagship assets including the Riyadh International Bookfair, Red Sea International Film Festival, and the Diriyah Biennale.
The year-long project involved asset classifications for commercialization, conducting global benchmarking, sponsorship strategy development, and valuing & packaging the rights to the assets, before taking them to market through the creation of marketing and sales documents.
The project concluded with a robust capability development scheme in the form of a handbook that can allow the naming rights & sponsorship program to be rolled out centrally across all cultural assets within KSA.
