RISE SCE was commissioned by Special Olympics UAE to develop the national five-year strategic roadmap and implementation plan for the organization.
We conducted in-depth research into the organization’s strengths and weaknesses, its positioning, and stakeholder perceptions to uncover its path to success. In the strategic planning and implementation phases, workshops were conducted to consolidate team input, encourage collaborative planning, and assign responsibility for strategy execution.
The team’s final strategy was built on a re-defined mission and vision with detailed actionable objectives and KPI’s. The strategy looked to build a bridge for Special Olympics to ensure greater internal and external success in years to come.
